EMI's Rock Champions series wouldn't be complete without a dose of Poison. Bret, C.C., Bobby, and Rikki had their fingers on the crotch of the American public in the late '80s, busting out party anthems and paint-by-numbers ballads like "Talk Dirty to Me" and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" with enough visual flare to cause even the glammiest glammer to avert his eyes in pain. Most of the hits are here, but the exclusion of "Nothing but a Good Time" and the aforementioned "Talk Dirty to Me" keeps Champions firmly in the garage sale bin.
