Released in audio format four years after the video, Ricky Gervais' live show Science kicks off with the Office-creating superstar falling back on his famous David Brent character, acting whip-smart and dumb at the same time with wonderful and hilarious results ("The doctor gave me some pills to make me better and said not to take them with alcohol. I told them I didn't want them"). The rest of Science reminds the listener that Gervais used to skewer the sick, the lame, the dumb, and the handicapped as much as he skewered celebrities while hosting the Oscars. Scientologists get theirs and then some, and hence the album's title, and be aware that the whole show is laid out as one long track with no index points for easy access.
