As the home of the Wailers and the Sonics, the Etiquette label played an important part in the development of Northwest rock'n'roll in the 1960s. But this 12-song compilation of material isn't too satisfying. The three cuts by the Sonics (which don't include one of their biggest numbers, "Psycho") are easily available on other reissues. The rest is energetic but routine white R&B/rock from the Wailers, Rockin' Robin Roberts, Gail Harris, and Marilyn Lodge, with the Galaxies offering a slightly poppier version of the Northwest proto-garage sound.
