Realm of Possibility is the second CD from Databloem, a Dutch e-music label with distribution by Groove Unlimited. It is also the second CD from Circular Ruins, the alias under which Anthony Paul Kerby (APK) records. It is difficult to put this CD in a little niche or in any of the comfortable spots that the e-music community has developed. There are definitely some heavy Berlin school sequences. There are also some vacuous and spacious atmospheres. If that was not enough, APK throws in some frantic and frenetic rhythms. Toss it all in, mix it all up, and POW -- it is an amalgamation without a niche. While it is sure to stand the test of time, both APK and the disc must demonstrate staying power to earn nine stars. This disc has no legitimate comparisons, a sign of true greatness.
