AllMusic Review by

Twenty-one Fire Records masters by the whooping harmonica ace, including his classic "Fannie Mae" (in crystal-clear stereo), the irresistible "Sugar Babe," and a load of similar stompers that should have been hits but weren't -- "Good News," "Doctor Brown," the previously unissued "No More," "Lost in a Dream." Brown occasionally made an unwise stab at something other than 12-bar fare; "Blueberry Hill," "St. Louis Blues," and the Moonglows' "Sincerely" definitely didn't suit Brown's raucous, untutored approach.
