AllMusic Review by

A schizophrenic multi-instrumentalist, Clemen "Freud" Hemoroids blasts through 99 tracks (the longest one clocking in at 20:49, the shortest at two seconds) with manic passion and frenzied voice. With song titles like "Anus, Clean," "Satan Comes to Earth and Gets a Job at H.M.V." "Let's Build a Dirty Windmill," and "Song Written on Dick, Late May" it is easy to guess the level of maturity involved in most of the songs, but Quattro Symbollos is strangely hypnotic. At the beginning of each song (after you hear the artist press the "record" button on his tape recorder) it is anyone's guess as to what instrument, song topic, or irrational thought will follow. The liner notes suggest to play the CD on "random", therefore it is entirely possible that some combination of these songs will make sense, but I doubt it. Possibly a musical visionary like Syd Barrett, possibly the ramblings of a self-exploited mental patient like Wesley Willis -- either way the manic performances of Inca Eyeball are not to be missed.
