Credited to one Edgar Farinas, PBO's debut four-tracker of slow-oozing acid hip-hop is similar in parts to German Structure-based groups such as Air Liquide, Red Light District, 4E, and (earlier, slower) Biochip C. Forsaking the thin-drum approach of previous Schematic releases, Farinas' big beats, gurgling basslines, and loop-slice changeups make for easily the most distinctive Schematic release to date.
