Play the Stripper and Other Fun Songs for the Family

The Boston band gladly aligns sonically and lyrically with the Cramps' school of punkabilly, closing the disc with a blistering version of "Chinese Rocks" to remove any doubt. Yet these Devils also seem much more reverent of the old days of rockabilly, when hot rods and B-movies were signs of a true rebel. Fitting in with both schools of thought and keenly embracing the ironic qualities of the genre make for a frolicking disc.
