AllMusic Review by

This third volume in Itzy's subseries chronicling the best of the doo-wop ballads that have been favorites with the Pittsburgh crowd for decades strolls on with two dozen classic examples of the genre. With a time frame that runs from 1957's "The Greatest of Them All" by the Demens all the way up to 1967's "Dry Your Eyes" by Brenda and the Tabulations, this 24-tracker collects other highlights in "Where Are You Tonight" by the Cheerios, "You Lied" by the Electras, "I'm So In Love" by Roxy and the Daychords, "These Four Letters" by the El Pollos and a stellar rendition of "Embraceable You" by Anthony and the Sophomores. Another great volume in this series.
