When a band was recorded as extensively by bootleggers as Yes was in the '70s, you could expect the same concert to result in different bootlegs from different labels. That's exactly what happened with Yes' October 16, 1978 performance at the Los Angeles Forum, which resulted in the great-sounding In the Round on YS and the mediocre-sounding Periphet on a label calling itself Impossible Recordworks. While YS probably had a soundboard recording to use for In the Round, Periphet sounds like it was recorded using a home recorder that a bootlegger managed to sneak into the Forum. The songs are the same, but listeners would be better off with In the Round because of its superior sound. Further, In the Round's interesting art work is another advantage it has over Periphet. This is a bootleg to acquire only if you're a completist.
