Las Vegas rockers Otherwise follow up their 2012 debut with the dark, hard-riffing Peace at All Costs. A mix of post-grunge and heavy alt-rock, the band blends subtle, glitchy electronics with a thick, guitar-based sound led by singer Adrian Patrick's dramatic lead vocals which alternate between cleanly melodic and screamed. Generally dark in tone and theme, Peace at All Costs isn't all aggression and doom. Otherwise know their way around a good tune, offering up a dynamic set that has quiet, introspective moments, memorable choruses, intricate hooks, and plenty of balls-out rock.
