Miami pop/soul (heavy on the pop) vocalist Stevie B got a little attention with this late-'80s album on the LMR label (later picked up and distributed by RCA). He had the kind of coy, pseudo-charming voice that was ideal for overly sentimental material, and that was his focus. He loaded this album with that type of song, and came close to getting a hit with "Spring Love (Come Back to Me)."
