Out of all of the Party in a Box albums, this has to be the weakest in the series and one of the least impressive things in the Countdown catalog. Erratic song choices and flaccid production make this thing limp along like a horse that should be put down. The sole highlight of this release has to be the worst impression of B-52 Fred Schneider ever committed to recorded media with "Love Shack." Why anyone would have this list of songs on during a barbecue is beyond comprehension, but should less-than-stellar covers of "Jack and Diane" and "The Final Countdown" tickle your fancy then you've come to the right place.
