With their debut release, Circadian Rhythm comes on like a flood, a sonic flood. This band professes to be cut from the same mold as labelmates Sonic Flood and does deliver the same intense praise & worship alternative rock. With Over Under Everything, the band exhibits strong catchy melodies, praiseful lyrics, and moments of solemn sincerity that translate into a disc with many redeeming qualities. Songs like "Beautiful Savior" and U2's "Gloria" ooze with straightforward, alternative splendor. Both cuts have revved-up guitar rhythms while the drums and bass groove in the pocket. Tunes like "We Are Hungry" and "Into You" utilize a simple melodic bassline while the acoustic guitar on "Something Glorious" and "Ever My Love" weaves a endearing melody punctuated by the vocals of Will Pavone. Throughout Over Under Everything, Circadian Rhythm utilizes well-placed harmonies, vocal effects, and great production to present a debut release rich in musical texture.
