The house rhythms on this overexcited album are among the best of its time. And Nate, a dance diva for the '90s who proudly wore the crown, is more than capable of the challenges. But there's a slight carelessness to One Woman's Insanity that ultimately pushes the album into formulaic territory. There are some good songs here, though, topped by the dance club smash "Show Me."
