Five years after winning the Glastonbury Festival's Emerging Talent competition, Manchester-based singer/songwriter Liz Green's debut album, O, Devotion!, reflected the slow-burning approach to her career with ten simple, stripped-back songs inspired by early 20th century U.S. folk, vintage blues, and old-school cabaret. Produced by Liam Watson at London's legendary Toerag Studios, it features several tracks previously released on earlier EPs, including "Bad Medicine," "Midnight Blues," and "Displacement Song."
