Upon El Gran Combo's 20th anniversary, the orchestra released another of its most successful albums. "Aniversario" is Tommy Sanchez's salute to the band's two-decade durability at the time; "Gayito Sabater" is one of the band's most remembered tunes, as is Perín Vazquez's "El Teléfono" (where there is an obvious take on Rubén Blades' Maestra Vida album). With the right touch of simplicity, the band delivers, as usual.
