AllMusic Review by

Recorded the same night as music that was released by Sonet, this final recording by the cool-toned tenor Brew Moore (who always wanted to play as much like his idol Lester Young as possible) features seven- to nine-minute versions of "It Could Happen to You," "Manny's Tune" (by Moore's pianist of the late '50s, John Marabuto), his own "No More Brew" and "Blue Monk." The tenorman was in his musical prime right up to his accidental death (falling down a flight of stairs) two years later, playing relaxed, swinging solos.
