Popcorn, spaghetti sauce, Fig Newmans and -- compilation CDs? Yes, the latest product Paul Newman has endorsed is Rhino's Newman's Own series, the proceeds from which benefit the Hole In the Wall Gang Camps, which help children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. Newmans' Own: Salsa Songs collects ten contemporary Latin tracks, including Los Soneros del Barrio's "Anaisa Oco," Frankie Ruiz' "Bailando," Isidro Infante's "'El Pito' Asi Se Goza," and Isaac Delgado's "No Me Mires a Los Ojos." Though it's one of the more unlikely combinations in recent memory, Newman's Own: Salsa Songs' budget price, good cause, and decent track listing make it difficult to criticize too harshly.
