AllMusic Review by

Pianist Jon Jang's Pan Asian Arkestra performs a variety of political works on this CD, including the four movements from his "Reparations Now" concerto, "Never Give Up" (dedicated to Jesse Jackson), and "Let Us Not Forget" (inspired by a speech about the concentration camps in the U.S. during World War II.); they also play "A Night In Tunisia" and the "Butterfly Lovers Song." In addition to Jang, the key soloists in this adventurous yet often melodic set include bassist Mark Izu, Susan Hayase on taiko, tenor saxophonist Francis Wong and trumpeter John Worley.
