Disney's My First Sing-Along: My First Princess Songs is a small, simple booklet and CD set designed to introduce toddlers to basic reading and singing along to music. Other than the fact that baby versions of Cinderella, Snow White, and Mulan are on the cover artwork, and the tracks all feature female singers, nothing on the album really has much to do with princesses. Nor do the songs, although the renditions of "How Much Is That Doggie in the Window?," "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah," and "Part of the Heart of the Sky" feature pretty female harmonies. The CD runs through each of the songs twice, while the booklet features large, easy-to-read lyrics. Overall, My First Sing-Along: My First Princess Songs is a fun introduction to singalongs and is short enough for the attention spans of very young children.
