On this two-song single, the title track appears in a basic, straightforward "radio" mix. Given that the song itself is Cure-by-numbers, everything ends up sounding fairly bland all the way through. Even those who complained about "Friday I'm in Love" would probably agree that this song is even more of a nonentity, unfortunately. Things are made up a bit thanks to the wholly new track "Home" that follows. Favoring the string arrangements that appear on most other Wild Mood Swings B-sides, it feels a bit like a lighter, quieter "Letter to Elise," with a nice enough shuffling rhythm and lovestruck sentiments. More than most Cure singles, this is still definitely one for the hardcore fan only.
