Millennium Skyway, the second collaboration between Kiss the Sky -- aka Paul Hardcastle and Jaki Graham -- essentially builds upon its 1992 predecessor, but it's sharper and more developed than the debut. It's certainly the kind of record that will frustrate purists, whether from the dance or jazz side of things, but they come up with some intriguing fusions that keep things relatively interesting even through the slow spots. Not on par with some of Hardcastle's other efforts, but worth a listen for fans, nonetheless.
