AllMusic Review by

Perfomed by the Orchestra and Choir of the French Radio-Television directed by Marius Constant. A good combination of Xenakis' more spare abstract music combined with ancient Greek chant ...more involving than the often violent-themes or forced humor of his music based on stochastic procedures, transformation groups, Poisson's law of probabilities, etc, where structure is the only content...but some people like that sort of thing...This record also includes "Syrmos" for 18 strings, and "Polytope for 4 orchestras disseminated in the audience."
