It wasn't heard to any significant degree in the Northern Hemisphere for a few years. But this seven-song 12-inch did a lot both to establish Tall Dwarfs as inheritors of sorts to the legacy of Syd Barrett, and to establish the direction for the Flying Nun/New Zealand indie scene in general. Daft pop songs with dabs of lo-fi noise.
