Anyone who has seen Avail perform knows that they can put on a show. Not once do they ever fail to erupt on stage, blazing from song to song without missing a beat; then of course there's their "cheerleader," Beau Beau. So to capture all this, an early live album was released sometime between their first record, Satiate, and the follow-up, Dixie. Live at the Kings Head Inn perfectly documents the energy of an Avail show conveniently packaged on a ten-inch record. Not one flaw is found on this set, with the exception of the show stopping skinhead altercation ("and they'll have fun, fun, fun 'til they grow their hair out," joked the singer).
