The Darins are four sisters that have a heartfelt passion for God. Their second release entitled Letting Go is a slick, well-produced effort overflowing with soulful pop. The Darins shine on vibes that groove. "Take Me" and "I Know" feature moving rhythms and an upbeat spirit. Jimmy Jam could have produced "Head up to the Sky" and "A Matter of Time." The cuts are in the style of En Vogue. The tunes are sassy with immensely soulful vocals. "Samaritan Way" is extremely funky both musically and vocally. Equally engaging is the disc's only slow cut, "The Greatest Miracle." The tune is both poignant and sincere with the Darins unleashing a stellar vocal performance. Letting Go is a testimonial of talent, sincerity, and vocal splendor, truly a harmonious effort by the Darins.
