This greatest-hits collection was released by the French label Barclay following the end of Robert Charlebois' contract (in 1975 he was about to start his own imprint, Solution). This two-LP set reshuffles material from Robert Charlebois [aka Fu Man Chu] (1972), Solidaritude (1973), and Robert Charlebois [aka Je Rêve à Rio] (1974). It is the only such album Barclay issued; the singer bought back his catalog circa 1977-1978. It makes a good selection, but there is not much merit in condensing three albums on two LPs. The years 1972-1974 represented an artistic peak for the artist, but this set was deleted and replaced by different (although very similar) ones at the end of the '70s and again in the digital age.
