AllMusic Review by

Latin Booty Jams 2 concentrates on Latin dance and rap cuts done in a Miami bass-music style, with most of the lyrics here featuring at least some English. Be forewarned that the version of "Genie in a Bottle" here is not the Christina Aguilera hit, but a remake by Carolina Acosta (whose name is so similar that it might not register during a quick glance); the same goes for Kiki Torres' cover of Enrique Iglesias' "Bailamos." The tracks are divided between already-released singles and material appearing for the first time here; the former category includes Nasty Knock's "Doo Doo Brown" and Next Level's "Maria Se Fue," and there are also tracks from Tito Puente, Jr. (doing his father's "Oye Como Va" bass-music style), DJ Laz ("Get Off the Stage"), and El Caribe (the Latin jazz classic "Peanut Vendor/Manicero").
