AllMusic Review by

Excited by the adulation that Destination Paradise recieved, FZ rushed out this album the following year. Though it was not a bad album, the expectations raised by Destination were toppled by this haphazard album. Adding a dance beat to the wonderful "The Peaches and Cream" and "Human Beings" took the band in a new direction, but one that they would not follow. The rest of the album sounded like well-produced demos recorded live in the studio with very few overdubs. "Blue Anenome" sounded like latter-period Madness (circa The Rise and Fall)! It seemed that Watts was retaliating against the soft tones of their previous outing. Needless to say, the songwriting was above par, only let down by the rough presentation.
