The Vitamin label's ongoing mission to produce string quartet versions of every band in the universe continues with Interstellar: The String Quartet Tribute to Interpol. The repetitive nature of Interpol's goth-infused, post-punk material lends itself well to the genre, resulting in a listening experience that feels more like a third-rate Philip Glass than it does than it does an "Eleanor Rigby" rehearsal.
