AllMusic Review by

Vladislav Delay's songs are all about progression, often settling into short lulls of murky clicking and swaying before the sweeping sounds of dub basslines again begin carrying the drifting sounds towards further destinations. The dub bassline-driven A-side of this record, "Huone," seems as if it will never end, continually reshaping itself until its final conclusion. The B-side features two songs, "Raamat" and "Viite," that move away from basslines and rhythm toward a more ambient sound, reminiscent of early Chain Reaction records such as Porter Ricks' "Port of Nuba" and Vainqueur's Elevation. The differing styles of sound collage -- dub techno and ambient -- make this a more varied affair than one will get with most other Delay releases, making it a wonderful place to begin discovering this artist's exciting style.
