The music is mostly upbeat and covers a wide variety of musical styles woven together with some of Romanovsky's best vocals ever. At his tenderest, he evokes Don McLean, but in the world of Ron Romanovsky, a polka party never seems out of place. As a solo artist, Romanovsky ventures into new territory with the Gershwin-esque "A Measure of Sadness," and the rock & roll riffs of "The Perfect Crime," and the seductive cabaret-blues of "Baby Take Advantage of Me."
