The music on this bootleg LP is excellent but the recording quality is only adequate and the packaging is abysmal. Session did not bother listing the recording dates (all from a live concert on Feb. 10, 1962) or personnel (the John Coltrane Quintet with Eric Dolphy on alto and flute, pianist McCoy Tyner, bassist Jimmy Garrison and drummer Elvin Jones) and disguised the songtitles which for some reason they renamed "Mr. R.C.M. Jr." ("Mr. P.C."), "Man-Made Miles" ("Miles' mode") and "Stuff I'm Partial Too" ("My Favorite Things"). This music deserves much better treatment.
