The Wonton label's Hit List series is designed and packaged in a way that's appealing to party DJs who have to stay on top of all the current chart action. Each volume is specific enough to focus on the hottest hits of the month in question. However, none of the material in the series is original -- each song on each volume is a poor facsimile. The sixth volume, including versions of songs that were popular in October of 2002 -- "Gangsta Lovin'," "Underneath It All," "Feel It Boy" -- is no worse than any other volume, but it should be avoided at all costs.
