This, the third album from former Zurdok and Vaquero multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Chetes, continues his solo progress after leaving the aforementioned groups. Borrowing elements from early 21st century British rock artists such as Ian Brown, the album was a tad more developed electronically than his first release. Hipnosis was recorded by Chetes himself in Monterrey, and featured "Arena," a well-received first single.
