AllMusic Review by

This import contains two less songs than Barbara Acklin's greatest hits album on Brunswick Records, proving that neither are completely definitive. Both contain the hits, but quite a few tracks appear on one and not the other; none of her duets with Gene Chander made this 16-track cut. "It's A Groovy Idea," written by Charles Jackson and Marvin Yancey, the writers who established Natalie Cole, has the same feel as their Cole productions. Other memorable sides include "I'm Living With A Memory," "Seven Days Of Nights," the sassy "I'll Bake Me A Man," and the doo-wopish "After You."
