Cincinnati's the Deele released three albums -- 1984's Street Beat, 1985's Material Thangz, and 1987's Eyes of a Stranger -- all of which had a fair share of sub-standard moments. This Unidisc anthology, originally issued in 1994, hits most of the group's best moments, highlighting singles and adding some of the stronger album cuts. A 2002 set from Castle -- Shoot 'Em Up: The Best of the Deele -- doesn't differ much selection-wise from this disc, but it boasts better sound. Still, just about all you need is provided here: "Two Occasions," "Body Talk," "Can U Dance," and "Shoot 'Em Up Movies."
