This is yet another of the hundred or so el-cheapo Bob Wills compilations. Some would argue that comps are what Curb Records does best, but if that's the case, one has to wonder what they do that's worse? In any case, this set of hits by the great Texas fiddler, bandleader, and Western swing innovator featuring some of his biggest tunes has little to no documentation, the art sucks, and so does the sound. Truthfully, if you were coming to Wills' grand music for the first time, this is so shoddy sounding that it might be enough to put you off for life. This is absolute crap as a package and isn't worth anything you might pay for it. Avoid.
