Gwen Guthrie landed her biggest hit album with this mid-'80s release. The song "Ain't Nothing Going On But The Rent" was a huge smash on both sides of the Atlantic, while she also did well with a Carpenters cover and another album cut. She did her strongest, most confident and consistent singing on these tracks.
