The 2012 debut album from prog and pop/rock supergroup Flying Colors features a bevy of virtuoso musicians including former Endochine and current Alpha Rev member Casey McPherson (lead vocals), ex-Dream Theater member Mike Portnoy (drums, vocals), Dixie Dregs members Dave LaRue (bass) and Steve Morse (guitar), and former Spock's Beard member Neal Morse (keyboards, vocals). Produced by Bill Evans and Peter Collins, Flying Colors delivers a batch of experimental and progressive rock that still makes room for melodic pop elements. Featured are such cuts as "Shoulda Coulda Woulda," "The Storm," and "Love Is What I'm Waiting For."
