More like a sound effects resource than an album per se, Fair Haired Guillotine is a collection of woodwinds and piano with assorted effects, purposely modulated so that everything is out of phase and creepy. Nothing even remotely close to a song structure appears, only interesting sounds and effects, segueing into one another to create a flow of disturbing noises. Fair Haired Guillotine is interesting from the novelty aspect (i.e., one might put it on, audition a couple of tracks, and pronounce it "fascinating"), but it's certainly not designed for repeated listening.
