Eternal Romance: Classic Love Songs has a cover that suggests it's filled with adult-contemporary songs from the '90s. It's not. Instead, it's a double-disc, 20-track collection of classic songs performed by classic musicians, like Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Pat Boone, Glenn Miller, Nat King Cole, Mel Tormé, Jimmy Dorsey, and Louis Prima. These are all vintage recordings -- not necessarily the best-known versions, and the liner notes don't indicate the source material, but they're in the right ballpark. Even if these aren't the familiar hits, the performances are all solid, and it's enjoyable throughout. One caveat: The collection runs under 60 minutes, but spans two discs, which means each disc runs less than 30 minutes. That's not a bad thing, necessarily, but it's frustrating.
