It's only fitting that the Wildbunch recorded a live album from the most ghetto Detroit club since the Greystone; after all, it was practically their second home. Don't Be Afraid of the Robot is a nice live package of raw, noisy, straightforward rock & roll with a lot of added distortion and feedback. On top of featuring live versions of prior released "hits" such as "The Ballas of MC Sucka DJ," there are a number of tracks that never saw the light of a recording studio. A fitting goodbye release from another Detroit band who broke up too soon.
