Be forewarned. There isn't a single Disney character on Disney's Season of Song: A Traditional Holiday. No Mickey Mouse, no Donald Duck, no Goofy, no Pluto. Instead, the album is a collection of traditional Christmas carols, performed by choirs, orchestras, brass ensembles, and low-key jazz trios. It's a cornucopia of instrumental carols, in a bunch of different styles. The variety keeps things interesting and helps make the album a terrific choice for background holiday music.
