AllMusic Review by

The Crimson series has the rare ability to bring the music of heaven down to the earth. Each volume in the series is based on sound currents, or healing chants, the repetition of which allows for spiritual progress. Primarily a duo, Crimson is comprised of the healing harp of Kim Robertson and the captivating, otherworldly vocals of Singh Kaur (fans of Enya take note). Their extraordinary music reverberates with the power of love, light and majesty. Warm, soothing melodies are combined with ancient healing mantras or prayers intended to invoke the divinity within each of us. Not often heard on the radio, the Crimson series deserves a much wider recognition, as it is only once in a great while that music of this magnitude appears. Please note Crimson volumes come one each on cassette, while CDs combine two volumes on each disc, omitting Vol. 3. Also, Volume 7 joins Singh Kaur's vocals with the group Mosaic, using guitar, keyboards and sounds of nature.
