While this ten-track compilation features some of Luther Vandross' biggest hits, including "Stop to Love," "Never Too Much," "A House Is Not a Home," "The Glow of Love" (with the group Change)," and "Never Too Much" (his breakout solo hit), it also includes a handful of tracks that have no business on an introduction to the singer. As far as cheap anthologies are considered, just about any other set would be preferable to this one. A newcomer needn't hear third-tier Vandross cuts like covers of McFadden & Whitehead's "Ain't No Stopping Us Now" and Heatwave's "Always and Forever."
