Like many other Canadian groups at the beginning of the '90s, Me Mom & Morgentaler had an everything-but-the-kitchen sink approach to making music: a heavy dose of ska, a bit of funk, a bit of rock, a bit of cabaret, and more. The band was also representative of Canada in that they perform in both official languages and made no apologies about it. The Clown Heaven and Hell EP features two studio tracks and three live tracks, all of which catch the band in peak form. For those with some time on their hands, a bonus track appears after a lengthy silence, completely in reverse -- time to get out the editing software.
