Singer/songwriter Wayne Burton makes his debut on this self-produced and published release. His songwriting skills are slightly superior to his singing skills, but his humble singing is a decent homage to Christian living. Actually, Burton's real talent is the piano, as is evident throughout the album. While the album would have benefited from an experienced producer at its helm, this album is a gentle tribute to the truths found in the Gospel of Christ and does invite the Spirit into the home. It's worth noting that for a young man pursuing a career in medicine (as of 2001), Burton shows considerable promise in the field of music.
