AllMusic Review by

Throughout this CD, keyboardist Jason Rebello takes quite a few worthwhile solos in a style not that radically different from Herbie Hancock (with touches of Chick Corea). But the main problem with the disc is that Rebello's originals, which range from funky jams to more complicated fusion heads, are not all that memorable; plus, Rebello's supporting cast (which includes David O'Higgins on soprano and tenor) is rather faceless. Some of the grooves are reminiscent of Weather Report and Rebello's keyboards are consistently colorful, but this is a rather derivative effort.
